If you add Chicago back in, we fall to 13th, so we do need to do something about the failing schools of Chicago, this is what I’ll do…

Adam Andrzejewski: I would like to bring school vouchers to Illinois. I think the critical reality in Springfield doesn’t reflect that right now.

Adam Andrzejewski: If we can do that [saving 2 billion dollars by cutting pork; saving three billion dollars by introducing Medicaid efficiencies], that’s good- so now we’re down to three billion dollars [for the 2010 state deficit], and if the economy comes back—this deficit exploded in the economic recession, when it was at its worst—so, as the economy comes back, that deficit is also going to shrink in real time…
