Cong. Schakowsky and State Rep. Churchill on TV/Webcast
A portion of our recent show with Cong. Jan Schakowsky [D- Evanston, 9th CD] is now being webcast at the Illinois Channel. You can also go to that site's "Distribution," icon to find the airing schedule for you to watch the edited show on Cable in your community, across Illinois and into Missouri.
You can link from the Illinois Channel to the complete version of our show with Cong. Schakowsky or watch it, and nine other "Public Affairs," shows by going to the Public Affairs Cinema Verite home page . All of those “Public Affairs,” shows are now also accessible at Itunes.com, at the podcasts icon and under the name "Public Affairs."
The latest addition to our shows available at the Public Affairs Cinema Verite home page is our show with 8th CD Republican Primary candidate and State Rep. Bob Churchill [R-Lake Villa]. That show will air on Public Affairs next week in the Suburbs [Comcast Cable, See here for suburban airing schedule for "Public Affairs"] and the week after in the City of Chicago [Monday, Dec. 12, at 8:30 pm on Cable Ch. 21], and, BTW, is also on Itunes.com
In addition to Rep. Churchill, included on our Cinema home page are two additional “major” candidates in the Republican 8th CD primary: David McSweeney and Kathy Salvi. The only major candidate in the 8th CD Republican Primary to elude “Public Affairs,” has been Teresa Bartels, to whom we have extended repeated offers to appear on the show.
And, by major candidates, I mean candidates who are thought to have sufficient organization and resources to give them a reasonable likelihood of winning the primary. Two candidates in the 8th CD Republican Primary who do not seem to reach that threshold but who are participating in Republican Primary forums and events are Ken Arnold and Aaron B. [Abe] Lincoln.
